This is the original "Star Fortune" outfit for the first Licca-chan's mother. It's also the right size for Lady Licca. Originally, I think it was a set with pants, but this is just the top. There's fraying at the cuffs, one snap is undone, and the decoration that was on the scarf is missing. Please understand that this is a used, vintage item with some wear and tear.
