I used them for my commute for 6 days, but they didn't fit my feet, so I stopped using them. I used different insoles. I didn't run in them. I don't think the outsole is worn. There are small pills on the inside heel area, but it doesn't affect the comfort. Please check the images for details. For sizing, consider your actual foot length + 1.3. In my case, my actual foot length was 25.0, so I chose 26.5. My toes were fine, but the area around my ankles didn't fit, so they didn't work for me. Thank you for your consideration.
