This is a toy where Mickey Mouse talks and plays rock-paper-scissors when you press his hat. He talks, but his voice is unclear and sounds noisy. He performs the rock-paper-scissors actions with his right hand. The left arm has a broken part and has come off. The actual item is more yellowed than in the photos. It's from 1989, so there's no guarantee it will work, as it could stop functioning at any time. Please use it as a display-only collectible.
