Converter for Parker pens. Can be used in place of QUINK ink cartridges. I believe this was included with a Parker 45 fountain pen, but the details are unknown. It is likely discontinued. Unlike current models, this one uses a "squeezing" mechanism to draw up ink. Made in the USA. There is ink staining on the tip that won't come off, as well as minor scratches.
