This is an old Pentel mechanical pencil. It's 13.5mm long and uses 0.9mm lead. There's a deep scratch on the metal tip (see photo 4). When you click the top, the lead advances very slowly (about 1mm for every 8 clicks). I'm not sure if this is the original specification, but it's still usable. Type... Mechanical pencil body
