I put it in a sleeve and stored it in a dark place immediately after obtaining it. Although it is new and unused, I am listing it as "Near Mint" just in case. I have stored it for collection purposes and believe it is a beautiful item without any white spots or initial scratches, but please understand that this is a subjective assessment, and there may be oversights.
