This is pit-tanned, vegetable-tanned nude leather from Himeji leather, a domestic tanner that rivals Tochigi leather in popularity. Himeji leather is a general term for leather made by tanners in Himeji, and has been produced for over 1000 years. In ancient times, it was used for the armor of the Toyotomi family, and is still a domestic leather used by many brands today. This is pit-tanned, like Tochigi leather and Buttero, using vegetable tannins. It's an affordable price in an easy-to-manage A4 size, so why not stock up? Thickness is approximately 1.5mm.
