This is a subdued, semi-formal visiting kimono (tsukesage homongi). It was custom-made by a kimono shop. The color is brown, with hints of crimson and orange mixed in. The pattern features a phoenix, but it's not ostentatious, giving it an elegant finish. I've worn it only once.
