The items are as shown in the photos. The instruction manual and air pump are missing, so they are not included. I purchased this three years ago and used it a few times. I don't see any noticeable scratches. There were no leaks six months ago when I last inflated it, but since time has passed, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned!
