This is a Bert keychain from Sesame Street. I believe it's from around 20 years ago, and was released by Sony Creative Products. It may have been a prize from a gashapon machine that was popular at the time. It has a soft, fluffy texture and is very cute. I haven't used it as a keychain, and have kept it as part of my collection. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, and it's in relatively good condition.
