Purchased in 2016. There is no storage bag, but otherwise, there are no functional problems. However, as I have used it for a long time, there is discoloration on the part that rubs against the neck, as shown in the photo. I travel frequently on weekdays, so shipping will be on weekends or holidays. Also, since it will be folded up for shipping, there may be creases.
