I've been using this for about two years. It was working fine until recently, when it started turning off immediately after I turned it on. I'm disappointed because it was very light and easy to use. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it would cost about 8,000 yen to repair, so I'm planning to buy a new one. Please understand that this is a junk item. I've cleaned the gaps in the plate and the cord, so I think there's not much dirt.
