There are small scratches, stains, and some fuzz on the outside. The inside is clean, with no major damage, but it shows signs of use. Also, the pocket that attaches with the inner button is missing (see photo 7, inside the backpack). I will send it in simple packaging (placed in a plastic bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, and then wrapped in vinyl). Please consider this item as a used item stored by an individual.
