I believe it's Hello Kitty, but I'm unsure if it's made of rhinestones or Swarovski crystals, or something else, so I'm listing it on auction. It's difficult to see clearly, but the left eye is missing a bead/stone. When I attached a magnet, there was a slight reaction, so I believe it's made of stainless steel. I think it's probably a necklace pendant, but it would also be cute as a strap. Please assess the condition, size, and weight from the photos.
