This is a TOTO Washlet shower nozzle cover (please refer to the image). I purchased this because the cover came off and the groove chipped during toilet cleaning. Since I bought two, I am selling one. Why not replace your yellowed nozzle cover with a new one? Just changing this part can make your toilet feel new.
