This is a Lands' End USA-made A-2 type leather flight jacket. It has a glossy, heavy leather with Thinsulate padding, and the zipper is TALON. It's rare enough to find a Lands' End A-2, but this one is made in the USA, and the color is all black, including the ribbing, instead of the usual dark brown. I think there are very few of these. Many people are looking for LLBean's A-2 Flying Tiger jacket, but I've never seen one in black. Considering the possibility of finding another one in the future, I don't think you'll regret owning this one. I don't think you'll find another one with the same conditions, so if you're interested, please consider it.
