“We've received numerous reports of successful entries from buyers, even 25 of them! ❣️ ◇◇I believe that Kinryohen is effective for capturing Japanese honeybees. However, with Kinryohen alone, scout bees may come, but they often don't settle. Also, for those without Kinryohen, or for capturing swarms outside of the flowering season, this is a unique attractant liquid that has been repeatedly improved and has a proven track record. In addition to the usual spring swarms, we've also had natural entries using only the attractant liquid for grandchild swarms in July and escaped colonies in August. ◇◇This is a newly manufactured attractant liquid for '26. I also use it myself, so I'm improving it every year and putting it up for sale. These are reference examples for how to remove the astringency from the waiting box, where and how to set up the waiting box, and how to apply the attractant liquid. ◇It's always good to have more waiting boxes, but sometimes they enter immediately when you change the location. ※Location selection is important. ◇We usually set up multiple waiting boxes, but we've also captured many bees in places without Kinryohen (photo 11) and with only the capture board (photo 15). ◇This is the strongest set for effectively capturing Japanese honeybee swarms. ◇Attractant liquid: Japanese honeybees prefer used properties, so applying it to the waiting box creates a more familiar environment. In my experience, it's more effective to thoroughly soak the entrance and the ceiling inside the hive. Also, instead of applying it once in advance, apply it multiple times, not to the point of being sticky, and it seems better to apply it during the swarming season, especially in the morning. ※The trick is to apply it to the outside of the waiting box every 2-3 days, and scout bees will gather due to the smell. ◇Beeswax: It's effective to melt it on the ceiling with a burner.
