This is a vintage VOX wah pedal. The serial number is missing from the back plate, so the exact details are unknown. However, based on the circuit diagram and the original TDK 5103 inductor, which is key to the sound, I've determined that it was manufactured in the 1970s. When combined with a fuzz pedal, it produces a sound that can only be achieved with this wah. The rubber from the toe has been removed for a better feel when stepping on it.
