This is a skirt from Mannheim. It was worn a few times when my child was young. The waist is elastic. The lace is very cute and since it's denim, it was easy to match with other clothes. The hem has a distressed-like finish from the beginning. There may be minor dirt and scratches due to long-term storage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
