Thank you for viewing. This is an Arita-yaki ceramic ashtray with a Japanese design. The combination of classic patterns with gold and flowers is lovely. I think it can also be used as a small item container or ornament. I purchased it as a decorative item for the low table in a Japanese-style room. It was used only once by a customer who smoked. After that, it was stored in its box. There are black spots on the underside of the container and lid from the time of manufacture (please refer to the images). Other than that, it has been used only a few times and has been stored in its box, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains. The box and the pamphlet are the original ones. There are no particularly noticeable stains or scratches.
