This is a ZARA dress. The waist is elastic. It has strings to tie, but the strings are sewn on both sides. There are cute silver dice-like objects on the ends of the strings (see image 5). It looks sweet, but it also has slits on both sides (see image 4), making it a cute and mature dress. I've only worn it 2-3 times, so it's in good condition, but since it's not new, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
