It's new and unused, but there are initial scratches from when I received it, and there are creases on the right side of the top binding of the calendar. Photos of the creases are included in the last three photos. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about initial scratches. It will be rolled up or loosely folded and shipped in a box with a dedicated bag.
