Because the serial number is in the 1.32 million range, it was made in 2008. There are a few points to note: Point to note ① The neck has been repaired for a crack. Repaired in February 2025 by a repairman with over 20 years of experience. Because it was a large crack, there was some space, and it was fixed by pouring in Tightbond, so it was repaired beautifully. There are very slight bumps. No painting has been done. It is currently usable without any problems. During this repair, the strings were replaced with Martin M140 strings and left as is. They need to be replaced during adjustment. Point to note ② There is binding peeling, which is also the fate of this Martin model. Except for a small amount remaining near the neck on the top, there is no binding. Point to note ③ The "EST. 1833" part under the Martin logo on the headstock is missing except for the last "33". Point to note ④ There are chips on the 4th and 2nd strings of the nut. I didn't feel any particular impact on tuning or playing, so I used it without worrying. I've listed a lot of points to note, but there are also positive points! Positive point ① There is still plenty of room in the saddle height, so there is still room for string height adjustment. Also, the neck condition is good, and the string height is about 2.7mm at the 12th fret on the 6th string side and about 2.2mm at the 12th fret on the 1st string side, making it very easy to play. There is also room in the truss rod. Currently, the string height is set high because it is adjusted for strumming. Positive point ② This model often has a light color for the fingerboard and bridge, but this one has a dark rosewood color, so it looks tighter. As expected, it's a MADE IN USA Martin! Currently, American-made ones are around 300,000 yen. Even the Mexican-made cheaper versions are over 100,000 yen. It will be shipped in a RITTER case and the Martin cardboard box in the last image.
