This is a Touhou Cirno tapestry. It's an official product purchased at Animate 8 years ago. It's currently difficult to obtain, and those in perfect condition are valuable. For reference, I've included the illustration after it's been unfolded, but the item itself is new and unopened, and has been stored in a cool, dark place.
