This is a 400% Bearbrick. It's a model of Dr. Leonardo from the Secret Society Eagle Talon. It's a model from about 20 years ago, making it a valuable item now. It was displayed in a dark place. Personally, I don't notice any sun damage, but there may be minor scratches or dirt.
