Purchased in February 2000 at Guitar Center in San Francisco, USA. The battery box was replaced in 2018 due to deterioration over time. There are no issues with the electrical system. The string height is about 2mm at the 12th fret of the 6th string. The neck appears straight to the untrained eye. Usage has been quite low, and there is no fret wear causing buzzing. It's a simple model, but it resonates well. I didn't purchase a hard case at the time of purchase, so I've prepared a dreadnought case for shipping this time, but please consider it as a bonus (it appears to be a Yamaha case: the original included nut and bridge pins were included).
