I purchased this at the museum shop during a visit to the famous San Diego Air & Space Museum in the US, which is known for the movie Top Gun. It's a high-quality heavy steel sign made by Ande Rooney. It's not tin, but steel, so it's quite heavy and sturdy. It's a reproduction of a US soldier recruitment poster from World War II. The whole thing is sealed in shrink wrap, so there's no rust. There are holes in the four corners, so you can attach it to a wall with screws or hang it as a sign with a chain.
