DigiKey Part Number: 410-044-10P-ND Includes a power supply and JTAG-USB Programming Cable (3-piece set). It's been stored for many years, so it was dusty. I have confirmed that the board and power supply are working. The JTAG has not been tested, but it was working the last time it was used. There are no manuals or documentation. I used it for studying VHDL.
