RC Free Wheel Buggy from TOY STORY, sold by THINKWAY TOYS/Thinkway Toys approximately 30 years ago. This is a figure. The wheels are movable. It can be rolled by hand. It is not a radio-controlled car (RC). Bonus: Two Buzz Lightyear figures are included. The white and green Buzz has faded quite a bit. The silver Buzz is relatively clean. Please consider them as a bonus. The buggy itself doesn't seem to have much dirt.
