This is a pinch block (made of resin). It's recommended for strengthening grip and fingertips for activities like climbing. Basically, you grip the protruding part (15mm thick, 45mm wide - enough to pinch with your thumb and three fingers), but you can also grip the base (35mm thick, 45mm wide) vertically or horizontally for different stimulation. The item includes only what is shown in the photos. Please prepare your own carabiner, rope, etc. (The hole is about 15mm thick, centered about 20mm from the bottom.)
