This is a leather clutch bag. The interior is navy blue, and it also has gold accents and a chain, so it may be usable for purposes other than formal wear. The size is approximately 25cm wide, 13cm high, and 5cm deep (gusset). It doesn't show much sign of use, but there is a faint scratch on the back.
