I purchased this new and used it only once for a low-mountain overnight hike, so it's in excellent condition. It's the old 30D model, which is a bit heavier than the current model, but I think it's more durable. The seam sealing has been done as shown in the photos. The remaining seam grip will also be included. The Tyvek groundsheet is the right size for the tent, but it shows signs of use. The pole tips are scratched as shown in the photos, but otherwise in good condition. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details.
