I haven't used it much, but I've filled in my name where it was written. Also, I cut off the long ZARA tag because my child didn't like it. Therefore, it is listed as slightly dirty. The boa part shows some signs of use, but the cuffs are clean and I think it's in good condition. Please understand that this is a used item for a child before purchasing.
