This is a 20cm stainless steel ruler. I used it once when making a diorama. There are scratches like this on one side. See the third image. There were scratches from the beginning, or rather, scratches that likely occurred during the manufacturing process. I will wrap it in bubble wrap for packaging. Tools Stationery Ruler
