I ordered and purchased this from an authorized retailer because a family member needed care during a hospital stay, and I needed to leave it with someone for a few days. I tried it on, but it seems the bag bothered them, and they kept trying to take it off. I thought it might be more trouble than it's worth, so I decided not to use it. Therefore, it was used for a few hours once, then washed. Due to the above circumstances, it's not brand new, but the product quality is almost as good as new. I did try it on once, so I hand-washed it at home. The detergent is a general-purpose detergent, so there's a slight scent of detergent. If you're concerned, please wash it again at home with your preferred detergent (I didn't use fabric softener). Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly sensitive. Please confirm the shipping deadline. I'm going back and forth between home and the hospital every day, so I'm not shipping it the same day it's purchased. I'm listing it in case anyone needs it.
