Women's outerwear. This jacket fits well even on someone 162cm tall, so although it's labeled as size 38 = M, I think it would also fit a size L. I haven't worn it at all since I bought it. It's from Urban Research and has a beautiful khaki-to-green color. It's designed to keep the wind out and is a sturdy item. Good for spring and autumn. Price negotiations are welcome.
