This is a plushie strap of a black cat by the popular artist Funya Neko. It is new and unused, but was taken out of the box once for the listing photos. However, since it is a used item, I've marked it as having no noticeable scratches or stains. It's a very cute piece. When shipping, it will be sent in the small tube it was received in from the artist.
