By simply sandwiching your boots, you can prevent almost all water intrusion. The crotch area has been reinforced with seam tape, and the lining is also reinforced with seam tape. The fabric is XCEL's highest quality fabric! It's soft, incredibly warm, and dries well. Since it's a full custom order, please understand the specific sizing. I think it would fit someone around 174cm and 69kg, roughly an L size. I originally purchased it for 110,000 yen. Since it is a used item, please only purchase if you understand this.
