Kikura Kobo produces single-slab tables. We use only precious hardwoods with beautiful grain patterns. Therefore, we want to cherish and make use of every piece of scrap wood generated during the production process. This is a confectionery dish made from Japanese horse chestnut (tochi) wood with a beautiful grain. It's perfect for displaying birthday or Christmas cakes, or even chocolates! It has a diameter of 21.5cm and a height of 9cm. The legs are also made of Japanese horse chestnut wood. It has a urethane finish that complies with food sanitation laws, so it can be washed with water. However, after washing, please wipe off the water and let it air dry quickly. Do not use a dishwasher or microwave. Do not leave it in direct sunlight or in a hot place for extended periods. This may cause the wood to warp or crack. Please understand that even with the same type of wood, the color and grain may vary, and there may be knots. These knots may appear on the surface of the dish.
