When it barks, makes cute whimpering sounds, wags its tail, snores, etc., it functions properly. However, sometimes it makes a rattling sound and malfunctions. It doesn't respond well to verbal commands. Functionality is not guaranteed. It's cute just to display. Please understand that this is a junk item before purchasing.
