DEEP MOUNTAIN is committed to high-quality maple and aims to be a skateboard brand that fascinates people. HAND IN JAPAN As an initiative to complete the final country of origin (final processing location) in Japan, we are working with domestic craftsmen to procure materials, process, and assemble some items in Japan. The brand's image character is the "Miyama Stag Beetle." The Miyama Stag Beetle likes to gather the sap of trees such as Itaya maple (maple) that live at high altitudes. In recent years, their numbers have been decreasing due to the effects of global warming, and they are also rare, and their ecology has not yet been elucidated. In addition, the Mikura Miyama Stag Beetle is also registered as a near-threatened species by the country. With such rarity and mystery, the Miyama Stag Beetle, which fascinates everyone from children to adults and biologists, is used as the brand's image character.
