This is an antique French quilt. The size is approximately 220 x 150 cm. It's from around before 1950. Around this time, instead of quilting with batting like they do now, there was also a method of layering several pieces of fabric and stitching them like sashiko. This quilt also uses that technique, and although it's old and has some tears, the fabric underneath peeks through, giving it a different look and charm.
