I've used this only for New Year's every year for about 10 years. Each tier has a lid. There is one place where the paint is peeling (see photo 4). The first tier has four compartments. The four compartments are slightly discolored to a whitish hue (see photos 5 and 6). Other than that, it's in beautiful condition with no major scratches. 19cm x 19cm Height when stacked in three tiers: 17.5cm
