Thank you for viewing. This is a Kawasaki genuine rear carrier that came with the 2014 Estrella FI Special Edition. Mounting bolts are included. The carrier itself didn't have much rust to begin with, but I polished it thoroughly with Picatan, so it's shiny and in beautiful condition, as you can see in the photos.
