It also has a loop so you can hang it. You can use it in your car, etc. There is no lining. Each item is carefully made, but as it is a handmade item, there may be some distortion or misalignment. It is designed to fit slim-type box tissues of approximately 12cm x 23cm x 5cm. The size of the cover itself when empty is approximately 17.5cm x 29.5cm. The loop is 8.5cm.
