The casters and handle are in good condition. There are scuffs and scratches on the interior and exterior, so please check the photos. It shows signs of use commensurate with its age. There is a crack in the part that forms the seam when opened. It does not currently cause any problems when using it, but please see the photos. I believe it can still be used, but please understand that it is a used item before purchasing. I used it for an overseas trip with my family and then stored it in my home closet. I am selling it because I no longer have the opportunity to use it. Before shipping, I will disinfect the accessible parts with alcohol.
