This is a Fellowes shredder. Operation has been confirmed. There are scratches and stains. There is no box or instruction manual. The power cord is slightly sticky in some areas. It seems the blades are clogged with shredded paper, making the cutting performance poor. After removing some of the shredded paper, the cutting performance improved, but some paper debris still remains, and it sometimes stops when shredding 5-10 sheets at a time.
