Designed in 1949 by Marc Lalique, son of Rene Lalique, this glass is modeled after the smiling angel of a French cathedral. The stem features an engraved angel's face using the frosted technique, a characteristic of Lalique. When champagne is poured, the wings subtly color, as if the angel is taking flight.
