This belonged to my daughter. The cushion was custom-made to fit my daughter's body. It seems the cushion can be cut with a cutter, so it can be used if you adjust it to fit your child's body. The cover is mesh. It is washable. Regarding the first photo, it should be fine if it fits the size of your current wheelchair. The cover has some fuzzing, and the inner sponge? is chipped.
