This is a penlight for Nogizaka46's Satsuki Sugawara. The base is about to break, and it's temporarily held together with cellophane tape. If reinforced strongly (as it hasn't completely broken), it should still be usable. I've confirmed that the light turns on. Please purchase only if you understand the condition.
